Tell me what is not working. I read every answer myself.

About fifteen minutes. Short, true answers help me more than polished ones. You do not need to have read the book or heard me speak to fill this in.

How the request works

You send your answers

Use the questionnaire below. A sentence that is true helps more than a paragraph that is polished.

I read them and look at your market

Before I pick up the phone I look at where the money in your market lands and what the answers say about where you stand.

We hold the call

We talk through what you wrote, where you stand, and where you want to be. If I am not the right person for it, I say so on the call.

You get a proposal

The scope and the fee, in writing, within a few days. The fee is quoted there and locked when you accept it.

There is no price on this page, on purpose. What the work costs depends on what the assessment finds.

Questions people ask
What does it cost?

The fee is in the proposal, after the first conversation, because it depends on what your answers and the call show. There is no price on this site, on purpose. A printed price is a poor filter. It attracts the wrong people and pushes away the right ones.

What happens after I send this?

John reads your answers, looks at the market around your business or career, and reaches out to set a call. On the call he listens first, then reads the situation out loud. If he is not the right person for it, he says so on the call. If he is, a proposal follows within a few days with the scope and the fee.

Can my partner or spouse join the call?

Yes. Couples and partners who build together get more from the assessment when both are in the room, because one objective read between two operating styles is usually what they came for.

I am still inside an organization. Is this for me?

Yes. Many of the people John works with are executives and professionals who want to run a career, or a division, the way an owner runs a business. The questions below work the same way for a career.

What if the answer is a job, not a business?

Then that is the answer you get. Some of the best outcomes John has seen are people who took the role that served their mission instead of the business that served someone else's. It is usually the cheapest and fastest answer in the room.

The EEThinkers

One idea a week. Five minutes. No noise.

A market read, a story, a line from the book, and one question to carry into the week. When you are ready for a read on your own business or career, the assessment is the next step.
