One idea a week. Five minutes. No noise.
You have read the books and sat through the workshops, and the same problem is still on your desk. The EEThinkers letter sends one market read, one story and one question a week.
What you get each week
- A market read. Where money is landing in a market, and what it means for a business like yours.
- A story. A situation you may recognize, drawn from a composite with the details changed.
- A line from the book. One sentence from The Method Trap you can carry around.
- A question for the week. One question to answer on paper before the next letter.
What you will not get
- A pitch every week
- Countdown timers or fake urgency
- Quick-fix promises
- A list of ten things to do on Monday
Who it is for
The letter is for you if one of these sounds like your week:
- You built a business that runs, and it stalls anyway.
- You left a large organization, and the plane feels heavier than it should.
- You were handed a growth problem and a deadline.
- You have tried the courses, the coaches and the systems, and you suspect there is another angle.
You do not need my background to use any of it. Bring your own.
The first five notes
New readers get these first, in order. Each takes about five minutes.
The whole system on two pages
Mission, then Market, then Method, then a check each quarter on whether the first still holds. One page you can pin up. The rest of the letter hangs from it.
The three thinkers
The Executive says “I know.” The Entrepreneur says “You don’t understand.” The Executive Entrepreneur says “What’s next.” You will see which one you walked in as.
Growth's four definitions
Revenue, margin, equity and fans. A plan that cannot name which one it moves is a hope with a budget.
The flagship
Most regions have an institution that sets the money moving, and the businesses around it are the fleet. Find yours and you can see where demand lands.
What the assessment is
How the request works, what I ask and what you get back, so you can decide whether the second step is for you.
Where the conversation continues
Between letters, the conversation is on LinkedIn. I have more than 7,000 connections there, many of them owners from the rooms I have taught. Connect with me at linkedin.com/in/jonyprofit.

How often does the letter come?
Once a week, with one idea in it. It takes about five minutes to read.
Will I be sold to?
Rarely. The letter is for ideas you can use. When there is something to offer, such as a first date for the program or news about the book, you will hear it here first, and it will be stated plainly.
Who is the letter for?
Established owners, executives and professionals who run something inside a larger system, and people who heard me speak or sat in one of my rooms. If you have tried the courses and coaches and suspect there is another angle, it was written with you in mind.
What is the assessment?
It is the request on the Start Here page. You answer a short questionnaire, I read the answers myself, we hold a call, and I send a proposal. It is the second step after the letter, and the letter does not depend on it.
